Make yourself comfortable and let Maria's help you plan your special fiesta! Maria’s dishes are prepared fresh daily from favorite family recipes created back in Mexico and handed down through the generations. We offer:
–Incredible four foot long burritos. (Serves up to 30)
–Sure-to-please fiesta trays of bountiful platters laden with mini chimichangas, quesadillas, taquitos, and spicy drummies and wings. (Serves 20-25)

Upon entering Diego's restaurant, customers are greeted with the warmth, color, smells and sounds of Chilean culture. With the help of her mother-in-law, June Henriquez cooks the meals, her husband, Antonio, bakes all goods served, and June's mother, Diane Robison does whatever else needs to be done. Robison's 80-year-old mother, June, even helps bus tables on occasion. Then there is the restaurant's namesake, the Henriquezes' 5-year-old son, Diego. "For us, the restaurant is a blend of our cultures, just like our son," says June Henriquez. The menu offers a fusion of Chilean and American tastes.

We could take up a couple of paragraphs talking about how great the food is at the Restaurant at the Holbrooke. How divine the experience, how amazing the executive chef is (ok, well, he really is). But we don’t see why you should have to take our word for it. Download a menu (click our logo to go to our website), find something that piques your interest (“Hey! No one makes lamb chops better than my Aunt Edna!”), then come down to our restaurant and decide for yourself. Heck, you could even treat Aunt Edna.
