Foothill Mercantile began doing business in 1976 when the Amick Family purchased Henderson's Hardware. They were in the hardware business until May 1985 when Foothill Mercantile evolved. The store carries toys, chocolates, candy, gifts, housewares, greeting cards and garden décor items. The mercantile also carries a large selection of seasonal items – shoppinmg here is always a gold mine!
